Exciting News! We're Upgrading Our Electronic Medical Record System

Piedmont Health is transitioning to a new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system on August 4, 2026, to better serve you. As part of this upgrade, we are introducing MyChart, a new patient portal that will make it easier to manage your health information and stay connected with your care team.
